Clemenger International Freight sponsors Formula Vee Australian Series 2013

Clemenger International Freight are again sponsoring this year’s Formula Vee Australian Series.


The series will be run over three rounds:



  • Bathurst 29-31 March

  • Sandown 20-21 July

  • Mallala 17-18 August.

Information sheet on Bathurst attached – positions are still available as at 15 January. As provisional licence holders cannot run at Bathurst an additional pointscore will be run over the last two rounds for provisional licence holders.

Electronic Replacement Point Sets

Attached is the current list of FVAA approved Electronic Replacement Points Sets.


Currently there are only two parts approved but they are the most common options.

Formula Vee National Competition Calendar 2013 and Australian Series Announcement

Attached is the FV Competition Calendar for 2013, correct as at 11 December. Tasmanian dates to be added when available.

The Formula Vee Australian Series is to continue in 2013, with a sponsor expected to be announced shortly. The rounds are:
Bathurst 29-31 March (Positions are still available)
Sandown 20-21 July
Mallala 17-18 August
As provisional drivers cannot run at Bathurst a separate pointscore for P-platers will be run over the Sandown and Mallala rounds.

Clemenger International Freight Formula Vee Australian Series 2012 Results

Below are results for the 2012 series.
Congratulations in 1600 to Daniel Reynolds, Matt Stubbs and Ben Porter.
Congratulations in 1200 to Stephen Butcher, Michael Gale and Andrew Grevis-James.
Special mention to Stephen Butcher for winning all nine races in the series and the the Victorian competitors making the trip to Queensland two years in a row.

Thanks to Clemenger International Freight for thheir support again this year and for attending the Phillip Island round last weekend.

Result of FVA NSW Tyre Raffle

The FVA NSW tyre Raffle was drawn last weekend at the trophy presentation for the Clemenger series round at Phillip Island by Stephen Banitsiotis of Clemenger’s. The winner was David Cutts. A special thanks to Gary Harrison from Gary’s Motorsport Tyres for supporting FVA NSW in supply of the tyres and thanks to all FV competitors who supported the raffle. Leigh Porter

Changes to CAMS licencing procedures

Andy Goodall Training Finds a New Home

Andy Goodall Training saw a need to relocate to a new facility to accommodate for its growing capactity. This new state of the art facility includes training rooms, student amenities area, simulated practical area, simulator room. The new training facility is located in the heart of Bayswater, surrounded by automotive businesses. Andy Goodall Training’s motorsport program uses its very own racing team. This allows students to gain experience using up to date facilities and modern machines and equipment. The race team is one of the tools used for assessing students.
