Clemenger FV Australian Series Reminder

Reminder to FV Australian Series competitors – Entries at the lower rate close 16 May. The promoter is insisting on payment of the $50 SA State Championship registration fee and has not answered my emails in attempting to have this fee waived for FVAS competitors. So the entry fee is $380 if paid by 16 May or $490 if paid 17-23 May.
There is no registration fee for the series, apart from current financial membership to a state Formula Vee association.

Closure of Wade Camshafts

Formula Vee Competitors, As some of you may already be aware, Wade Camshafts is closing its doors at the end of this week. Wade Camshafts are currently the sole suppliers of Formula Vee camshafts and this means it is time for the Formula Vee in Australia to find a new camshaft supplier. CAMS require that suppliers of any controlled components are selected via a tender process and the National Technical Committee are currently developing a list of potential cam grinders who would be able to provide both a quality product and just as important, a quality service.

Formula Vee Association of Victoria – 2014 Sponsor

Today it was announced by the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Institute of Motorsport (AIM), Mr Andy Goodall; that the College will sponsor the Formula Vee Association of Victoria (FVAV) 2014 Club Championships as well as the 2014 Formula Vee Australia National Challenge.
