Hi
recently bought a vee and am trying to get in some practice ready to enter new season for NSW state rounds.
Car is ready (i think) but i need new tyres. What is the process for sourcing these; and are there limits on new tyres if i want to get 2 sets?

G'day Garry

New tyres must be either Dunlop or American Racer. The Dunlops are procured through Gary's Motorsport Tyres in Sydney (ph 9676 8655), while the AR's can be obtained from the FV Assoc. I think you can pick up the stock of AR's cheap but the current spec. are less durable than the Dunlops.

The FVANSW will be marking tyre's for competition in the State Chamionship so no competitor exceeds a maximum of 3 sets over these 6 rounds. There are no limits on practice sets or sets for National/Multiclub meetings.
