 • Oil cooler holes (original)

Posted by plantm at 07-01-2008 10:06
Hi all

I have a question about the hole where the original oil cooler mounts. Can they plugged up? I have two engines. One with a modified oil cooler base which mounts in the original position and one that has the holes blockes up with bolts. Any advice?

If you have a pic of you solution to this please post.

Cheers

G'day Michael

Generally motors have a blocking plate accross the cooler holes as most cases are converted for full flow and have an external cooler.
