The attached documents are to be read and the necessary paper work snail mailed back to me ASAP.  You can email me a copy but I need to have the originals.  The cost for the series will be $400 for the first round you enter,$360 for the second round you enter and $320 for the third round you enter.  I will require paperwork no later than the 24th of May and payment (for the first round) no later than 6th of June.
