40TH ANNIVERSARY NATIONALS

Supp Regs, Entry Form and Entry Order Form are available on line at www.fvansw.asn.au and possibly this medium also by tomorrow night.

I know this is late notice and for that we, FVA NSW offer our sincere apologies, but we can only do what we have control over.

I can advise that the Entry Fee for the Nationals of $345 has been reduced to $295 (See Note 1 ) if Entries are received (and paid for) by 1st November 2005.
Entry Forms and Entry Order Forms must be returned to me by snail mail or email at: vicepresident@fvansw.asn.au
If the Entry and accompanying Order Form arrives after 1st November and prior to 4th November the cost is $345.
If the Entry comes in on or after the 5th November don't waste your time and petrol coming up for the Race, your Entry WILL NOT be accepted.

You can Direct Deposit into our FVA NSW Account for all matters listed on the Event Order Form. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME AS AN IDENTIFIER WITH THE DEPOSIT.

Entry Fee for the Regularity is $120, the same time dead lines apply. Membership factors mentioned in Note 1 do not apply to Regularity.

Dinner: It looks like the Dinner and Presentation will be a most successful night and to this end I need to confirm your Tickets. Full Payment of $45 per head (some cruel people sugested to me that Noel Clarke from Tasmania has to pay twice but I told them he was actually a nice bloke and would be required to pay for per pair of legs at the party) is required with your Entry.

Garages: If you asked for a Garage it is time to send money for it now with the Entry Order Form. $100 per spot, two cars to a garage.

Monogramed Polo Shirts: These will be available in two colours at $25 each. This is okay to be paid on the Race weekend or with the Entry Order Form. (Wally sugests it is easier for her to organise sizes etc on the weekend, but feel free to pay now if you wish). I am amazed at the requirements for XL, XXL and XXXL shirts, I thought you people were all Ryan Simpsons size.

Passes: I will organise due to the lack of available time to hold all Entry Passes for collection at the Track on both Thursday 17th November or Friday 18th November 2005. I will publish on the FVAA and FVA NSW websites Car Numbers and accepted Entries as soon as I am able after Entries close. If this is a problem please phone me or email me.

Big BBQ Breakfast: Please be aware that FVA NSW is supplying FREE egg and bacon rolls for breakgfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7am to 7.45 am. This breakfast is also for all the Track workers, Flaggies etc who run the Race Meeting as part of our way of saying thanks to them. This breakfast is free for all, but any wealthy people intersate and local who wish to make a contribution by way of thanks to the Track workers are welcomed to do so (see Bruce Colbey over the weekend).

Because of the limited time available for return mail etc and the Closing of the dead line of 1st November I can be very flexible with any matter other than:

1. Entry Form completed and received by 1st November or 4th November 2005.
2. Entry Money received and identified.
3. Garage money received and identified.
4. Entry Order Form completed and received, you will need to
attach this with your Entry so wishes are clear to an idiot like me.

Note 1 Entries are $345 for Members of a Formula Vee Association of an Australian State, or $445 for those who are NON Members of such an Association. Both Entries are reduced by $50 if Entry and Entry money is received by 1st November 2005. If Entry or money is received between 2nd November and 4th November 2005 Entry is $345 or $445 as appropriate.
